Peel the red onion and cut it into four pieces. Using just ¼ of the onion cut into small pieces. )Use more if you like more)
Place in onion in ice cold water and let chill
Open and Drain the cans of Salmon. Place the salmon into a bowl and flake apart with a fork.
Add the whole package of Finlandia Garden Dill Creamy Gourmet Cheeses into the bowl with the salmon.
Drain the red onion and add to the bowl with the salmon and the cheese. Squeeze in the juice of about a quarter of a lemon.
Mix together thoroughly either with a spatula or a latex gloved hand.
Chill in the refrigerator
Serve Cold on your favorite toast or cracker. This also makes a phenomenal sandwich
