Preheat oven to 350º F.
Using a food processor, shred 16OZ Finlandia Cheddar Cheese. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
Carve Rotisserie chicken, and shred in food processor. Transfer to same large mixing bowl.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend until mixture is consistent throughout.
Transfer mixture to bake pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Garnish with crumbled Bleu Cheese.
Serves 6-8 people.
