Preheat grill to 400º F.
Season beef patty with salt and pepper.
Once heated, place beef patty on the grill.
While the burger is cooking, fry an egg to desired preference. Once fried, remove from pan and set aside.
Flip burger to ensure both sides are cooked and that the patty is evenly cooked throughout.
Once burger is nearly cooked to desired preference, add 2 slices of Finlandia Imported Swiss Cheese.
While cheese is melting, place bun on the side of the grill for about 15-20 seconds so that it gets toasted.
Remove bun first, then remove burger and place it on the bun.
Top with desired amount of lettuce, tomato, and onion. Place egg on top.
Makes 1 burger.
