Place 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs in a mixing bowl. Mix in 3 TBSP Finlandia Unsalted Butter and 1/2 TBSP of Sugar.
Place mixture into individual serving cups. Refrigerate while filling is made.
In a large mixing bowl, add 1 Cup Heavy Cream and beat until whipped. Set bowl aside.
In a different mixing bowl, beat together 1 Container Finlandia Vanilla Bean Creamy Gourmet Cheese and 4 TBSP of sugar until lump free.
Fold in the whipped cream and beat until consistency is smooth throughout.
Remove serving cups that contain the graham cracker mixture from fridge. Add the Cheesecake filling to those cups.
Place back in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Remove from fridge and garnish with desired toppings.
