Preheat grill to 400º F.
Season Salmon with salt and pepper.
While grill is heating, chop the Zucchini, Yellow Squash, and Tomatoes into circular slices.
Once grill is heated, place the vegetables and Salmon on the grill for about 5 minutes, as to get char marks on them, as well as a smoky flavor.
Once nice and charred, transfer vegetables to tinfoil, then transfer Salmon into tin foil on top of vegetables. Add in 2 TBSP of Finlandia Perfectly Salted Butter and desired amount of lemon juice to each serving. Close tin foil and let cook for about 15 minutes.
Remove from grill and garnish with Lemon.
