Ingredients
  • 1 cups Finlandia Butter, Salted & at Room Temp
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 3 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup sliced Almonds

Filling:
Marshmallows
Caramel Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°

Step #1: In mixer cream together butter and sugar

Step #2: Add eggs, one at a time

Step #3: Slowly add flour, baking soda, cold coffee

Step #4: Add cinnamon and raisins, almonds &emdash; mix until combined.

Step #5: Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes

Step #6: Roll out dough on lightly floured surface, 1/4″ thick

Step #7: Cut in to shapes with cookie cutters- circles

Step #8: Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes (slightly golden on edges)

Step #9: Let cookies cool completely before stacking with marshmallow and caramel

Step #10 Toast Marshmallow
