Smoky Canadian bacon and buttery avocado is quite a delicious duo when topped with tangy Dijon and creamy Colby Jack. We grill this sandwich so the bread is a little crispy and the avocado and cheese are slightly warm and melted.

Ingredients
  • 8 slices fully cooked Canadian bacon
  • 8 slices Finlandia Colby Jack Cheese
  • 8 dinner rolls (2 1/2 to 3-inch), split
  • 1 avocado, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 4 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsps Finlandia Butter, softened
Instructions

Heat Canadian bacon as directed on package. Cut cheese slices in quarters. On the bottom half of each dinner roll, layer 2 quarters of cheese, overlapping as necessary, Canadian bacon, avocado slices and 2 more quarters of cheese. Spread a little mustard on the cut sides of each dinner roll top. Close sandwiches, with roll tops mustard side down. Butter outsides of rolls.

Cook sandwiches on griddle or large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted, pressing down slightly.

Serves 4 (2 sliders each)
