Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 slices each Finlandia Havarti & Gruyere cheese, enough for each to one slice of the bread
  • 1 large or 2 small dill pickles, sliced lengthwise into 1/8 inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons Finlandia butter, softened
Instructions

Preheat griddle or grill pan to medium

Put havarti on one slice of sour dough, top with pickles then add Gruyere

Butter one side, and place face down in grill pan

This should be obvious, but cook until golden brown – then butter the top, flip and cook until golden

Serve
