Mexicali Turkey Burger with Jalapeno Muenster

Spritzing the avocado with lime juice adds zing to the burger and keeps the avocado bright green. Maximizing the amount of juice from a fresh lime is easy. Place a lime on a counter surface, with your palm, press and roll the lime back and forth a few times before cutting it in half. Then, make an impromptu juicer by twisting the tines of a dinner fork in the flesh while squeezing.
