Ingredients

Ganache:

  • 16 Oz Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup

Caramel Sauce:

  • 5 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (warm)
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extractc
  • 6 tbsp Salted Imported Butter Bar

Instructions

For Ganache:

  1. Bring Whipping Cream to quick boil and then pour over chocolate and melted butter
  2. Stir until smooth and shinny

For Caramel Sauce:

  1. Place Butter and sugar in a sauté pan and put on medium heat until all the sugar is slow bubbling and turned a shade darker
  2. Remove from heat add warmed cream and vanilla extract, slowly, mixture will bubble and rise and then settle
  3. Stir until smooth and creamy

For assembly:

  1. Spoon ganache into bottom. Spoon caramel sauce next. Crumble cookie over. Spoon ganache over cookie. Spoon caramel sauce. Top with marshmallow and toast.
