- 1 lb Steak (thinly sliced)

- 3 Yellow Onion
- 3 Large Loaf French Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF, and place the French Bread in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
- Shred the Havarti Cheese Wheels, either by hand or by food processor. Put in bowl off to the side.
- In a medium sized cast iron skillet, melt Finlandia Butter. Sauté the peppers and onions until golden and crisp. Remove from pan and place in bowl off to the side.
- Place the pieces of thinly sliced steak into the cast iron skillet. Cook the steak, flipping as necessary to ensure that it is cooked all the way through. Add back in the peppers and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let cook for a 3-5 minutes. Place steak, peppers, and onions into the toasted French Bread. Top with shredded Havarti Cheese. Wrap in tinfoil, and put back in warm oven for 10-15 minutes in order to melt the cheese.
- Remove from oven, garnish at will.
