Finnish Almond Butter Cake

- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1½ tsp Almond Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 0 Powdered Sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a Bundt pan with Finlandia Unsalted Butter and dust with flour. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the 1-3/4 cups Finlandia Unsalted Butter with the sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in almond and vanilla extracts.
- In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder and salt. Working in 3 batches, combine flour mixture with butter mixture. Batter will be thick.

Spoon batter into the prepared Bundt pan, spreading it out evenly and pressing down lightly to remove any air pockets. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, invert cake onto wire rack and cool completely. When ready to serve, dust with powdered sugar.
