Gettin’ Figgy with Cheddar Cheese

- ¼ lb Thinly Sliced Deli Turkey
- ½ cup Baby Greens or Arugula
- 1 Tart Apple, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
- 4 Slices Multigrain Bread
- 2 tbsp Fig Jam
- 8 Sharp Yellow Cheddar
- ¼ lb Thinly Sliced Deli Turkey
- ½ cup Baby Greens or Arugula
- 1 Tart Apple, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Divide jam evenly on slices of bread. Top one slice with 2 slices of Finlandia Sharp Cheddar Cheese, about half of the turkey, greens, and sliced apple.
- Season with salt and pepper, top with 2 slices of Finlandia Swiss Cheese, and second slice of bread, fig jam side down. Repeat with remaining ingredients for second sandwich.
