- 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 Chicken Breasts

Instructions
- Heat grill to high.
- Combine Finlandia, parsley and ground pepper in a small bowl – mix well and set aside.
- Put chicken breasts one at a time in a zippered bag, add a tablespoon of olive oil, seal up and squeeze bag gently to cover chicken in oil.
- Use something heavy to flatten chicken to an even thickness.
- Remove chicken from bag, turn heat down to medium/high and cook until well marked and mostly cooked on the bottom.
- Flip over and brush butter mixture on chicken – repeat after about a minute.
- Repeat brushing on bottom when cooked – add a little more to each side then remove and use however you like.
