  • 2 Slices Lean Ham, sliced thin
  • Green Leaf Lettuce
  • Ripe Tomato, sliced thin
  • Sprouts
  • Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients onto 1 slice whole grain bread. Top with sprouts.
  2. Layer in a pita pocket. Watching carbs? Layer all ingredients onto a large romaine lettuce leaf and delete the bread. Add avocado and cucumbers.
