Pizza Dough

Cut into 1 inch strips

1 lb

Each slice cut in half

¼ lb
Genoa Salami
¼ cup
1 tsp
Dried Thyme
1 tsp
Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Tip: Make these individual spiral rolls by spinning each breadstick into a spiral and arranging on baking sheet. Press end of breadstick against roll to secure and hold shape while baking

  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 1.5” strips.
  3. Lay 1-2 strips Swiss cheese on first breadstick and top with a few halves of salami. Gently roll up breadstick along length and place in center of cast-iron skillet. Continue to layer swiss and salami on each breadstick, wrapping around center spiral, until skillet is full. Pinch ends of breadsticks together as each one is added.
  4. Combine butter and dried herbs in small bowl. Brush butter over spiral. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bread is golden-brown.
