- 0 Vegetable Oil, for grilling
- 1½ lbs Ground Turkey
- ½ Small Yellow Onion, grated
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce, plus more for serving
- ½ tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
- 0 Kosher Salt, to taste
- 0 Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste

- 8 Slices Pineapple, fresh or canned
- 1 Red Onion, sliced into 1/4"- thick rounds
- 4 Sesame Seed Hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
- ½ Head Bibb or Butter Lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400°F and coat grates with oil. In large bowl, combine turkey, onion, teriyaki sauce and ginger until just combined. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Grill for 5 minutes, flip and cook additional 5 to 7 minutes, until cooked through. With about 2 minutes remaining on cook time, add 2 slices of Swiss cheese to each patty.
- Meanwhile, brush pineapple and onion slices with oil, season with salt and pepper and add to grill. Grill 2 to 4 minutes per side, until charred.
- Layer each bottom bun with lettuce, turkey burgers, grilled pineapple and grilled onions. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and top with top bun.
