Our Greek-inspired sandwich is loaded with olives, peppers and chopped veggies. They’re paired with light, creamy hummus and cheese for a veggie sandwich that’s jam-packed with flavor.

multigrain bakery bread

hummus
8 slices
1 cup
roasted sweet pepper pieces, drained, patted dry
4 tbsp
muffaletta olive mixture, drained
2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 side of all bread slices with hummus. Layer all bread slices with 1 slice of cheese, roasted peppers, olive mixture and 2nd slice of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices hummus side down; butter outsides of sandwiches.
  2. Cook on nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side until cheese is melted.
