Preheat waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until they are light and airy. Mix in the rest
of the ingredients. Whisk until batter is clump-free.
Spread ¾ cup of batter evenly across waffle iron. Cook until waffle is golden brown.
Gently remove waffle from iron and transfer to plate.
Place desired amount of toppings on waffle.
Makes 5-6 waffles.
